GRADING 8TH AUGUST 2009
| Saturday 8th August 13 students were selected to grade after the early morning session .The grading was going to be hard so they had to save some energy for later on . After the session they had some time to relax and perpar for the forthcoming grading . The 13 selected had to go through Combinations ,Self Defence, Kata,Partner Combinations ,Sets ,Kumite ,Weapons,Focus Pads and Shield Work then Stamina and Fitness followed by skipping to conclude the grading ..After over 2 hours 12 had passed and one student failed who will be retested at the next avaiable session . Well done to all those who obtained a new grade ,wear it with pride and prove your worthy of the grade you know hold .
