| Today Dec 5th Ten Students were selected to grade . After the early morning session all ten were ready to undertake over 21/2 hours of Grading .They all had to do Combinations ,Partner Combinations ,Kata ,Sets ,Sparring ,Self Defence ,Weapons ,Shield Work ,Focus Pads ,Stamina Exercises Stride Jumps then the final round of Skipping ranging from 50 for White to 160 for Toby going for his 1st Kyu Brown Belt . At the end and after a incouraging grading they all achieved the Mark required to pass . A very good grading from all . |
