| Students who attended today Self Defence course were shown the following . Defence against Knifes ,Gun ,Sticks . Shown how to defend with minor effort ,and with safety in mind . Seated defence when seated Where to sit when on a bus late at night ,in a Taxi or on a Train .They were shown the safest place and with easy access to the driver or pull cord when on a bus and train .Plus when in a taxi the safest place to sit . It was a good self defence course ,the only down side was the turn out . |
