| GRADING |
| Grading will take place every Four Months for Kyu Grades Only the Chief Instructor can select students for Grading ,unless agreed with prior to new session starting . Grading months will be APRIL -AUGUST-DECEMBER Brown Belts grading time will be 8 months between each Kyu grade Black Belts will be selected for grading on Ability not Age LFK does not opperate a re-test fee if you fail your grading ,if you do fail you will be tested on the areas you failed on only . No student will be selected for grading if they fail to attend on a regular basic or have attended the required sessions requirements |
| CHANGES |
| The first Kata will be SHODAN [meaning one] A Red Belt will be introduced between 8th Kyu[orange]&;6th Kyu[green] Sets have been introduced 1-5 for Kyu Grades &; 6 for Dan Grades Wednesday and Saturday Sessions will be One and Half Hour [unless stated ] s All Course will be 2 hours [unless stated] Saturday Outdoor session will be at a reduced |
| STUDENTS |
| All Students must REI when entering and leaving the dojo Students who are late must join in as quickly as possiable with minium interruption to those all ready in Yoi postion waiting for the session to commence All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the session ,unless agreed by the Chief Instructor Students must have protective equipment before being allowed to take part in sparring When asked Students must line up in a strong yoi postion and in complete silence All students must complete all detail request in thier licence Students will be informed via E-Mail of any changes to sessions,events ,course etc Students must rei to the Chief Instructor or Senior grade when entering the |
| LFK are full Members of COBRA MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION based in Manchester and founded by Soke Andrew Morrell 6th Dan All grades will be ratified by Cobra when renewal is due Students are to ensure they have an upto date licence |

| Students returning to Training after a long period could be down graded until the Chief Instructor is satisfield they are upto date will all changes that have been made in their absence. Students coming from another Club /System will be assessed before they are awarded a grade at LFK. Any student who leaves LFK will have all correspondance removed from the web site .Photographs will stay .This will be done without prior notice . |
| ACTION ETC |
| Lancing Freestyle Karate will not tolarate Bullying or Harassment towards any student associated with LFK .Any Student /Instructor found to be using Bullying or Harassement will not be allowed to train anymore .Everything that we teach you must remain inside the Dojo ,unless you ,you're family or friends are in extreme danger .Hygeine plays a major part in MARTIAL ARTS ,so please ensure you are clean and tidy at every session and course you attend. Both Club Badge and Cobra Badge must be sewn on your Gi |
