| Outdoor Training takes place on the football pitch(concrete area) at the rear of the main hall entrance via main building ( Lancing Youth Centre Penhill Road ) Weds outdoors will take place on Beach Green or The beach depending on the tide ,if the weather is bad then the session will be moved indoors to Adur Valley Scout Hut You may wear shorts (no cut downs) if training on the beach ,but must have trousers in case we go on the grass area .LFK T Shirts but NO VEST - Bring WATER AND A TOWEL if training on weds |
