The First offical grading under LFK rules took place this sunday December 10th 2006 at
Lancing Youth Centre Penhill Road . Twelve students were put through their paces .
First they had a session prior to the grading ,then they were assesed on Combinations ,Self Defence ,Sets.Kata , Kumite ,plus after all that they had to perform stamina exercises test before the completion of the grading.
At the end of the Grading I was pleased to inform all students they had passed the grading .They had all demostrated to the best of their ability and proved that this club will grow with them.
After presentations of Grade Belts and Certificates (which had been signed by President of Cobra Martial Arts Association Andrew Morrell 6th Dan) and after few words from 2nd Dan Stef Hamill the grading was closed
Next grading is April 2007 .
Well done to all those students who progressed up another level in their training ,wear the belt with pride . |
