| Sunday April 8th 2007 11 Students progressed to their next grade . Students had to demonstrate ,Combinations ,Kata ,Sets, Self Defence and for the high grades Shield Work ,then at the end they had to do Exercises including Skipping .All students demonstrated what was expected of them and i am sure we will soon being seen a few more black belts in LFK if they continue to progress in the way they have done over the past few months.
